CONGRATULATIONS! SNA IS NOW AN AUTHORIZED IB PYP SCHOOL

We are pleased to announce that SNA is now an authorized Ƶ Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme school! This marks a milestone in that SNA will become only the 6th IB Continuum School in Vietnam. Continuum schools are so-called due to the fact that they are authorized to deliver three IB programmes, the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP).

Every library lesson in a PYP school is a language and inquiry lesson. Underpinning the IB philosophy of educating lifelong learners and creating globally-minded students, is the recognition that language learning is fundamental, and that reading is one of the essential tools for language learning. So, an important part of the weekly library lesson at SNA is giving students the freedom to sit and read individually, or with friends.
